Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer, product, model, components and conditions of purchase. 901 Wellness Inc. does not apply one universal warranty period to every product.
Check the coverage for your model
Review the product documentation for the exact warranty term, covered components, service arrangements, geographical coverage and any registration requirement. Where a product listing and a manufacturer document appear inconsistent, ask us to confirm the applicable terms in writing before purchase.
A manufacturer’s voluntary warranty is separate from any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing in this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Installation and maintenance
Follow the supplied installation, operating and care instructions. Use qualified trades where required for electrical, plumbing or structural work. Keep receipts, model details, serial numbers, installation records and maintenance records where relevant.
Manufacturer terms may address wear, misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable installation and consumable parts. The exact terms must be checked for the model; these examples do not create new exclusions.
Requesting assistance
Contact us with your order number, the model and serial number, a description of the problem and photographs where useful. Stop using an item if continuing may be unsafe. We will explain the next steps and whether manufacturer assessment or another service route is appropriate.
Do not arrange chargeable repairs or send an item to a service location without confirming the process first. Any proposed diagnostic, transport, labour or service charge should be explained before you agree to it.
