Before you order
Check the selected model, finish, packaged dimensions and installation requirements. Measure gates, driveways, stairs, corridors and doorways along the entire delivery route. Tell us about restricted access, lifts, steps, soft ground or any need for specialist lifting.
Delivery service and charges
Our delivery model is a flat charge per order. The applicable amount must be confirmed and shown in your order total before payment. If checkout does not offer a delivery method for your address, contact us for assistance; do not assume delivery is free.
Crane work, electrical work, plumbing, foundations, assembly, installation, disposal and positioning beyond the agreed delivery point are included only when expressly stated in your written order.
Scheduling and receiving your order
Dispatch and arrival dates depend on stock, the product and the delivery destination. Confirm the delivery estimate with us before purchasing if you need an item by a particular date. Carrier dates are estimates unless a specific service has been agreed.
Provide an accurate delivery address and a contact number. Ensure an adult can receive the delivery and that the agreed access route is clear. Contact us promptly if your address or access arrangements change.
Inspecting a delivery
Check the packaging and the items against your order. Photograph visible damage and retain the packaging, labels and delivery paperwork. Note any visible damage with the driver where possible and contact us promptly. Reporting procedures do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
