We accept returns for defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective returns must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition, complete with packaging and accessories. Exchanges are not accepted.
Returns are sent by post or an appropriate freight carrier. Customers are responsible for arranging the return label. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and assess the returned item.
