Product information and selection
Read the product description and select the required model, quantity, size, finish and other options before ordering. Images may show optional accessories or a different finish. Items included in the purchase are those identified in the selected listing and confirmed order. Ask us to clarify any inconsistent specification before buying.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Review the item prices, delivery charge, applicable taxes and total before submitting an order. Only the payment methods available at checkout are offered for that transaction. A logo does not itself guarantee that a payment method is available.
If a pricing, stock or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the correction and the available options. We will not charge an increased total without your agreement.
Orders and availability
Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; stock, selected options and fulfilment arrangements are confirmed separately. If an item cannot be supplied, we will explain alternatives or arrange an appropriate refund of any payment received.

Our returns and refunds policy offers a 30-day request window for unused goods, subject to the conditions stated there. Contact us promptly about cancellations, damage, faults or incorrect items. Manufacturer coverage is model-specific; see warranty information. These policies do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
